Greetings fellow Patriots
Due to our steady growth in both the mission and fundraising activities of the NHPGR we’re seeking someone who has a few hours per week to donate as a second Admin person for the mission side of the NHPGR house. We’re seeking someone who is computer literate and familiar with common computer software such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint, basic email composition skills are also necessary. There aren’t specific hours associated with the position, however having time available during the day would be helpful but NOT necessary. The position would work closely with the State Captain and other leadership team members. Of utmost importance is the desire to interact with all members equally and with respect, while avoiding politics and bureaucracy which could hinder the execution of our mission.
Following is a description of the primary duties of the NHPGR Admin person:
1. Compose NHPGR mission/event website posts per established guidelines.
2. Post NHPGR missions/events to NHPGR website calendar.
3. Email NHPGR members notifications of missions/events.
4. Email to PGR National notification of NHPGR missions for posting on PGR National website per established guidelines.
5. Submit to PGR National requests for Honor mission plaques.
6. Attend/participate in quarterly leadership team meetings and transpose recorded minutes of the meeting.
7. Maintain various NHPGR lists/records not relevant to the 501c3.
8. Support the NHPGR with other administrative tasks as needed.
